Trippy Bazar ensures quality check before dispatch. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or customs processes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may cause delays or non-delivery.
3. International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Our partner Nine Star Cargo will handle safe and timely international delivery.

Shipping Terms
- Domestic Delivery (Nepal): All orders within Nepal are delivered through our trusted local delivery partners. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- International Delivery: For customers outside Nepal, we have partnered with Nine Star Cargo as our official international courier partner. Delivery times depend on customs clearance and international courier schedules.
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to follow their shipment.
- Responsibility: While we ensure timely dispatch, Trippy Bazar is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges<br>
Products can be returned or exchanged only if:
- The product is torn, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
- The product does not match the ordered size.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video) for eligibility.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
- Products customized or on special request are non-refundable unless defective.
